Personal training
My personal fitness training is tailored to your unique needs. Working with minimal equipment helps naturally achieve your goals.
- Sessions of 30, 45, or 60 minutes
- Tailored to individual abilities and goals
- Usually a mixture of mobility exercises (stretching) and resistance training for maximal fun
Osteopathic treatments
As a certified osteopath, I assist in muscle release with the helping hand of acupuncture needles and the percussion gun.
Osteopathy is not only beneficial to the treatment of injuries on the path towards recovery. More than this, ongoing maintenance programmes prevent ensure a healthy tissue, and prevent injury in the first place.
Nutritional and dietary advice
A diet that suits one’s goals can be a big question mark to many. I am here to offer advice and support on a diet that goes hand in hand with exercise.
Group classes
With more than 20 years of experience in group classes, these are now delivered online via Zoom, five days a week.
We’ll focus on body weight and elastic band exercises alone, which means hardly any equipment is required at home.
